Elouise

°2013 -- mare

Elouise or now known as Extravagance was purchased in Germany directly from the breeder as a four year old. From the beginning is was clear that Elouise had super quality and blood as well as an exceptional mentality and movement. Due to these positive characteristics we were confident that she would be successful in various disciplines. 

Elouise can now be seen competing under the professional English event rider Holly Woodhead after being purchased by New Zealand owner Megan Heath. We would like to wish Elouise the best of luck with her new team and we are excited to see what this promising new combination will bring in the future. 

Ninparo

°2008 dark bay gelding

Ninparo was purchased by Bourns Sport Horses as a seven year old. He competed both in the USA and Europe before before being sold to a promising up and coming junior rider Gustav Christian Jacobsen from Denmark. We are excited to see this combination develop in the coming years.

Hodine

°2012 -- mare Zambesi TN x

Hodine joined the European stable when she was purchased in Holland as a five year old. Hodine was a very eye catching young horse with her deliberate scopey jump and classical technique. She was very successful in the FEI young horse classes with Jenny and had many good results in MET Oliva Nova. 

Hodine was then purchased by up and coming American young rider Anna Ericson training under the well know and successful Chris Kappler. All the best to Anna and Hodine for the future.

Baccarat

°2006 grey mare

Baccarat was part of the European stable playing a signifcant role in Jennys young rider years, finishing 11th Individually at the 2016 Young Rider European Championships in Millstreet. In 2017 Baccarat was then sold to Junior Belgian rider Camille Demolie. This new combination has already had sucess at international level, with placings in St Tropez and Brussels. We wish Camille and Barracat continued sucess for the future.

Beech Hill Lucia

°2009 chestnut mare

Beech Hill Lucia joined Bourns Sport Horses as a 5yo and was ridden by Jenny for all of her time in our stable. Together the pair had many sucesses. Winning the Cruising National 6yo Championship at the RDS 2015 as well as the National Young Rider Championship 2017. Beech Hill Lucia was then sold to Kuwait to be ridden by Ghazi Al Jeraiwi. This pair has already picked up an international win in their short time together.

MHS Attraction

°2010 dark bay mare

MHS Attraction was extremly sucessful throughout all of the young horses classes while in our stable. She competed at the RDS Dublin Horse Show 2014, 2015 and 2017. She also competed at the World Breeding Championships in Lanaken 2015 and 2017. While competing in Lanaken in the 7yo devision she was Spotted by Olympic Rider Sergio Alvarez Moya. Together the pair won the 2* Grand Prix in Oliva Nova and have been sucessful on the Global Champions Tour Circuit. We wish Sergio continued sucess with this special horse in the future. 

Kolinko van de Witte Poort

°2010 grey gelding

Kolinko van de Witte Poort was purchased in Belgium as a four year old and produced through our system until reaching his eight year old year. During this time he was sucessful in many young horse classes as well as competing at 2* level before being sold to South Africa. Kolinko will now be competed by Hannah Garton, having started off with immediate results we will be excited to follow the future of this partnership. 

Casper

°2006 light bay gelding

Casper joined our American stable in 2014 and was competed successfully to international level by Andrew. With placings in Wellington FL, North Salem NY and Bromont QC Casper was then purchaced by Sharn Wordley and would then compete for New Zealand. Together this combination progressed up to five star level before being selected to represent New Zealand at the World Equestrian Games in Tryon 2018. This is a reference we are extremely proud of and we hope to see Sharn and Casper compete again at Championship level.

Gatsby

°2004 grey stallion

Gatsby has been extremely successful with many riders. Claiming results such as; winning Bromont World Cup Qualfier ridden by Andrew before being sold to Alison Toffolon USA. This combination had many successes at U25 and international Level. Gatsby also achieved many international wins with Irish Rider Darragh Kenny winning the World Cup in North Salem New York. Sharn Wordley has now taken over the reins with this horse and continues to make our stable proud with recent wins in Rockwood ON.

Cristobar

°2006 dark bay gelding

Cristobar was purchased by Bourns Sport Horses as a seven year old and produced slowly to Grand Prix level. He had many results with Andrew in America and Canada before winning the 3* Grand Prix in Rockwood ON. Cristobar is now owned by Vlock Show Stables and can be seen competing with both Teddy Vlock and Irish Rider Stephen Moore. Cristobar has now progressed to GCT 5* level with results in Shanghai, St Tropez, Paris and Chanilly. We wish Teddy and Vlock Show Stables continued success with this wonderful horse.

Roundthorn Madios

°2002 bay gelding

Roundthorn Madios holds a special place in the hearts of Bourns Sport Horses as he was a career changing horse for Andrew. He was purchaced as a six year old at the World Breeding Championships in Lanaken before making his way to America to further develop his showjumping career. Together with Andrew Roundthorn Madios achieved many results such as; 2nd Nations Cup Lisbon, Winner Hickstead Derby Trial, 8th place finish Grand Prix of Dublin and 2nd place finish Nations Cup Calgary. 

Roundthorn Madios was then sold to the stable of Lauren Tisbo USA where he won two 5* classes in Spruce Meadows Canada and continued to compete at the top sport for many years. After many achievements with both Andrew and Lauren Roundthorn Madios is now returned to our american stable to enjoy his retirement from the sport. 

Ringwood Zebo

°2009 grey gelding

Ringwood Zebo was sourced in Ireland and purchased as a seven year old having progressed through the young horse devisions. Zebo then travelled to the states to compete in our American stable and quickly progressed to international level. Together with Andrew he achieved many results in both the american and canadian circuits before being purchased by Samantha Rice (CAN). Samantha has already had top ten placings in Tryon, we are sure to see this combination in the headlines in the future. 

Ballyquirke Tipp Top

°2006 grey gelding

Ballyquirke Tipp Top is another example of a success story that progressed from our young horse production system. He was purchased in Ireland and then made his way to the States where he would compete with Andrew. Following consistent international results on both the american and canadian circuits Ballyquirke Tipp Top was then purchased by American Ashley Baker while training with fellow Irish rider Darragh Kerins. 

Together with Ashley he achieved many results both at High Amateur level and Internatinal level, competing in shows such as Wellington FL and the prestigous American Gold Cup.

CHS Inception

°2008 bay gelding

CHS Inception came to our European Stable as a five year old and progressed through the young horse classes in Ireland, competing on several occations at the RDS Dublin Horse Show. He then made the trip to America to join Andrews string of competition horses. He was a valued member of the stable for many seasons with results up to 5* level and finishing 3rd in the 4* Grand Prix of Vancouver Langley. CHS Inception has now moved to the stable of USAs Raleigh Hiller to Train with the famous Margie Engle.

Carlotta 168

°2007 dark bay mare

Carlotta 168 was purchaced in Germany before making her way to the competition stable in Wellington Florida. Carlotta was competed successfully by both Jenny and Andrew up to international level in the States before moving to Pine Hollow Farm where she would be ridden by talented junior rider Carly Dvorkin. Carlotta was sourced for Carly and Pine Hollow Farm by David Blake who Carly trains with on a full time basis. This parnership has claimed many ribbons in the junior division and we are excited to see them progress into the senior ranks. 

X-Flow Lightyear 2

°2009 bay gelding

X-Flow Lightyear 2 was a successful horse for Jenny, arriving in our european stable as a seven year old he quickly stepped up to international level. With many results in National Grand Prixs in Ireland as well as International results in Oliva Nova X-Flow was quickly noticed. Johnny O'Connell sourced X-Flow for one of his talented students, Anabelle Heffron. Together the combination went from strength to strength both at 2* and Junior level. The pair finished a credible 2nd in a 140 junior class in Wierden as well as a 6th place finish in Cavan 135 National GP. This is an exciting partnership that we will have great pleasure watching in the future. 

I Dream

°2007 black bay mare

Idream competed successfully on both the american and canadian circuits with Andrew for two seasons before being sourced by Aidan Killeen for a training client Andrea Hippeau Vogel. I Dream has picked up many ribbons as well as becoming Champion on many occasions with Andrea in the Low A/O Division. This mare has also been very successful at international level with Aidan, picking up a 2nd place at the 2* Mullingar as well as another 2nd place finish in 2* Millstreet. We are delighted that this mare continues to be competitive for many riders at Skyline Stables.

Parc Pleasure

°2006 chestnut gelding

Parc Pleasure was sourced in Ireland by Richard for long time friend and Client Jenna Barrow (Republic of South Africa). Together the pair have had many international results up to World Cup level, finishing 8th in the World Cup Qualifier in Kromdraai and a 7th place finish in the World Cup Qualifier in Shongweni. Jenna has produced this horse in a professional manner from national level and we wish them continued success at International level in the future.

Diego

°2008 grey gelding

Diego was sourced by Richard in Germany to join Andrews competition stable in America. Arriving in America as an eight year old already with international results Diego quickly impressed in the International Ring in Wellington Florida with Andrew. After finishing the circuit in Wellington he then gained resuts at 5* level at the prestigious Spruce Meadows with a 4th place finish in a 145 competition and a 5th place finish in the 150 winning round competition. After these significant results Diego was then sold to Germanys Nicola Pohl and will now train with Irelands Cian OConnor. 

FairPlay

°2010 bay gelding

FairPlay was purchaced in the Netherlands and was a stable favourite in Europe before being purchased by Andrea Vogel, Aidan Killeen and the Skyline stables team. Fairplay has hit the ground running with his new team as he has already had international successes in Wellington Florida. This is a partnership that we are excited to watch progress through the ranks. We would like to wish Aidan and Andrea all the best for the future with this talented horse. 

Thomascourt Caprice

°2012 bay mare

Thomascourt Caprice was sourced in Ireland by Richard for good friend and long time client Lindsey Knight. This mare has been very impressive since making the journey to the United States placing regulary in the young horse divisions. We are sure that the Halcyon Show Stables will have great success with this talented mare in the future.
